 | | Paul Kenny – Infrastructure Consulting Manager at Dell.Paul Kenny has worked with numerous large Irish companies in both Private and Public sector. During his career he has acted in a trusted advisor capacity to many large Irish organisations in assisting them with their Business issues and challenges, from a technology and service delivery perspective.
Paul’s business focus is on development of advisory services capability, as well as ensuring his clients are deriving maximum value and ROI from our extensive expertise. My current role encompasses delivery of appropriate skills, distinct and unique Point of View, and leveraging the scale of our Global capability for the benefit of our Irish clients
Most recently in addition to my Ireland focused role, as EMEA Education Services Lead, I am responsible for the Dell customer training portfolio, it's development and delivery, as well as commercial profitability of this line of business, and overall customer satisfaction, across the EMEA region.

 | | Keith Miller – EMEA PFE Readiness Manager at Microsoft.
Keith D Miller is responsible for the readiness of some 600 Premier Field Engineers located in 38 countries within EMEA who provide services to large corporate organisations in 110 EMEA countries with the overall aim of making their customers IT environments healthy through knowledge transfer and remediation engagements. Keith will be sharing his experiences of this challenge and how he has provided innovative solutions to meet the needs of his customers and engineers; in particular how he implemented an International shadow coaching programme to support these objectives.

 | | Mike Pilbeam – VP Sales and Technical Operations at Cisco.
Mike Pilbeam is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and has worked in the networking industry for over 26 years. Mike's career path in Cisco started in 1998 as the Technical Director for the UK & Ireland. He then led the Sales Technical team for the UK/Nordics and then the EMEA technical sales organization. In 2006, Mike assumed responsibility for Worldwide Technical Operations in Cisco, leading a community of over 5,000 of the world's top Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) engineers.

 | | Matthew Poyiadgi – Vice President, International, at CompTIA.
Matthew Poyiadgi joined CompTIA from the Thomson group in 2002. As Vice President, International, Matthew deals with a variety of organizations, including government bodies, academic networks and commercial partners to increase CompTIA’s standing in the education and certification sector.
With a deep understanding of channel and account management, he served as the Channel Director for Prometric, having graduated through the ranks from Microsoft account manager to Channel Manager for the UK business. Ever-increasing responsibility and a history of successes resulted in Prometric inviting him to assemble a regional account team to manage and support the IT channel network. In 2000, he was awarded the company’s global “Outstanding Contribution” award.
Matthew has also worked for the international recruitment group Drake, travel services company Europ-Assistance, and independently on a variety of marketing projects, including the Rugby World Cup. He is a frequent technology speaker, presenting his views on how the forces of “change, technology and people” are weaving together to form the new world in which we live.
