Books are further customized to meet the needs of specific trainers or corporate customers by purging unwanted chapters and introducing other materials, integrating examples and exercises that are highly relevant to the class, and developing tables of contents, indexes, and appendices that accurately reflect all book modifications.

Using the solution, the client is able to "extend" its brand through the training materials, and convey course development capabilities to its students and corporate customers. The client fully leverages Element K's content development, publishing, and distribution assets to enhance the classroom experience with minimal investment.

2. e-Learning Reseller – A branded website with branded courses that are resold into corporations and government agencies seeking an e-Learning or a blended learning solution from their traditional ILT provider. The Training Center chain extends its reach by providing a more complete training solution, and generates incremental revenue from customers that have already ruled out instructor-led training as a solution to at least some of their training needs.

Using the solution, the client augments its offering with e-Learning, eliminating the need to turn an individual or corporate client who is seeking e-Learning away. But the client also maintains control over its training proposals, deciding when to offer ILT exclusively, e-Learning exclusively, or some combination to best meet the needs of their customers.
