Comprehensive Employee Development – A branded training website in four languages with predefined training paths by job role to train all front-line, operational, and managerial employees of large hospitality firm. The training includes Catalog e-Learning, custom content (including brand, process and application related training), and third party content to cover specific compliance issues, all hosted on Element K"s Learning Platform – KnowledgeHub^TM. The multiple brand hierarchy allows separate site access, tracking, reporting, and brand identity for each of the organization's chains. Localization presents the learning site in German, French, Italian, Spanish, and English, based on student language preference. Training paths are designed for each major job role; training is tracked at headquarters to determine progress by brand, property, and job type.
