In addition to these requirements, some content has additional requirements. You will have a chance to see any content requirements before the content is launched. KnowledgeHub and Firewalls If your computer is located behind a firewall, you might not be able to access portions of KnowledgeHub. Firewalls sometimes block JavaScript or won't let you log in to a secure server,which KnowledgeHub requires. Ask your system administrator for further assistance with firewalls. Beta Browsers Element K does not support Beta or pre-release versions of any browsers. Please use a full release version of a standard browser when using KnowledgeHub. Element K will support full release versions of standard browsers after the browser has been made available and tested,usually within six months of release. System Requirements for Content KnowledgeHub delivers a wide variety of training content. In some cases additional software is required to consume content.
