Corporate Social Responsibility
At Element K, corporate stewardship is a core value. Whether providing free technology training to local schools and workers displaced due to a struggling economy, or engineering internal processes to operate according to sustainable environmental objectives, we're proud of our commitment to the lives of our employees, our community and our ecosystem. | |

In 2008 an interdisciplinary team formed to assess the company's environmental footprint and effect a positive change from within the organization. Since that time, Element K has significantly reduced its waste, implemented large scale recycling efforts, intelligent conservation policies, and new equipment designed to conserve natural resources. We seek to partner with organizations who share our commitment to a sustainable future.
Recently our parent company NIIT won Best IT Implementation leveraging Element K's vLabs. The award recognized NIIT for setting up virtual labs to reduce the number of deployments via a centralized infrastructure, and reducing CO2 emissions.
